JOIN US. THERE IS A ROLE FOR EVERYONE

Picton Dawn Chorus and Kaipūpū Sanctuary are powered by around 170 volunteers who help protect and restore local native wildlife and habitats.

There are many different ways to get involved, whether you prefer hands-on field work, helping with visitors and education, or supporting behind the scenes. Some volunteers are out in the bush or community spaces, while others contribute from home or at events.

Whatever your skills, experience, or availability, there’s likely a role that will suit you — and every contribution makes a real difference.
